Where is Alice in Winterland?

Southwark Park, Paradise Gate, Jamaica Road, SE16 4RS. (Please note this is at the northern end of the park and it’s the nearest post code.)

When does Alice in Winterland open?

28th November 2018 until 6th January 2019. Open daily from 3-10pm.

How can I purchase tickets for Alice in Winterland?

You can purchase tickets online here. Tickets will be available at the gate but please note, these will be limited availability.

Is there wheelchair access throughout Alice in Winterland?

Yes, Alice in Winterland has full wheelchair access throughout the route.

Is there anywhere to park near the event?

Please note, there will be no local parking available, we strongly advise using public transport at local tube stations: Canada Water and Bermondsey. The roads leading up to Southwark Park will be closed for safety reasons and there will only be a designated disabled drop off zone.

What are the closest tube stations to Southwark Park?

The closest tube stations are Canada Water and Bermondsey. The closest over-ground stations are Surrey Quays and Rotherhithe.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can either print your ticket or bring an e-ticket to the event.

Do I need to select a time slot for my visit?

Yes, you must select a time slot for your visit. Time slots will be every 30 minutes between 3pm and 10pm daily.

What if I miss my time slot?

We will aim to fit you in the next available time slot.

How long will the trail of Alice in Winterland last?

This is dependent on your walking speed but on average, the trail can take up to 1 ½ hours.

Will there be food and drink available at the event?

Food and drink will be available at the event (not included in ticket price). Please note, that for all alcoholic beverages, a valid ID must be presented before purchase. Food and drink cannot be brought to the festival.

Can I re-enter Alice in Winterland?

Ticket holders can not re-enter the festival once they have left.

Will I be able to pay with cash/credit card?

Whilst we will not have an ATM , at the stalls in the Christmas market you will be able to buy using cash or card. Tickets can be bought on site with cash or credit card.

Am I allowed to smoke at Alice in Winterland?

There will be designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in other areas of Alice in Winterland.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

No, tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.

Am I allowed to take photographs at the event?

Yes, photographs are allowed at the event.

Can I bring my pet along?

Pets are not permitted into Alice in Winterland. Guide dogs are permitted to enter.

Will there be toilet facilities in Alice in Winterland?

Yes, toilet facilities will be available at the festival.

What do I do if I’ve lost something at Alice in Winterland?

We have a lost and found point or you can alert a member of staff with a radio and they will guide you on the next steps. If you realise you’ve lost an item after the event, please email enquiry@aliceinwinterland.co.uk

What do I do if I lose my child?

Every child will be given a wristband when entering Alice in Winterland which their parents will write their name and contact number on in case of an incident such as this. There will also be a lost child area.

Can I run a stall?

Yes we are looking for retail, food and drink stalls, if you are interested please email enquiry@aliceinwinterland.co.uk

Can I make a corporate booking?

Yes there is an opportunity to have a tailor made package in any of the time sessions. Please email enquiry@aliceinwinterland.co.uk

Will Alice in Winterland affect Southwark Park opening and closing times?

The northern end of the park will remain open as normal with access on the main routes from north to south in the park. Some internal paths will be closed during the event times.
